Will the Minister confirm whether the Welsh Government has assessed the financial implications of putting plans to develop Cardiff Parkway Station on hold?

The Minister for Climate Change’s decision letter clearly sets out her reasons for calling in the planning application for the construction of a business park and transport hub facility at land south of St Mellons Business Park. I cannot elaborate further on the reasoning contained in the letter as to do so may prejudice any future decision the Welsh Ministers may make in relation to the matter.
