Will the Minister confirm how a road-building freeze is reducing the number of journeys taken by cars?

The Roads Review is a key part of Welsh Government’s transport strategy going forward and will guide how we invest in future road infrastructure and meet the priorities and objectives of Llwybr Newydd and NetZero Wales, both of which have modal shift and protecting the future of Wales at their heart.
