Will the Minister provide an update on the £2m funding for hospital waiting room upgrades?

I am pleased to report that a total of £2.7m in funding has been approved for a range of emergency department areas. The specific projects vary across Health Board sites based on individual priorities and ability to delivery improvements this financial year. The approved works include improvements to seating, information screens, improved WiFi Charging points, general refurbishment, and hydration stations. Health Boards are currently taking action to implement the agreed works in a timely manner.
