Question
Following the introduction of the Water Resources (Control of Agricultural Pollution) (Wales) Regulations 2021, will the Minister outline how much extra funding has been made available via the Farming Connect Scheme, to specifically assist farmers to conform with the incoming regulations?

Since the introduction of the Water Resources (Control of Agricultural Pollution) (Wales) Regulations 2021, Farming Connect has delivered interventions of support worth close to £9M. The interventions include clinics supporting 1,048 beneficiaries, surgeries supporting 1,651 beneficiaries, whilst 4,241 unique businesses have been supported through the Farming Connect Advisory Service.
