What evidence did the Welsh Government use when considering the 20mph speed limit?

An independent 20mph Taskforce Group was set to investigate the evidence and implications for the adoption of 20mph on restricted roads, across Wales. Then when the legislation was laid a full impact assessment was submitted as part of the Explanatory Memorandum.
