Will the Welsh Government explain the rationale for changing its original decision on attending the Wales v Iran football match in Qatar?

It was considered proportionate for Welsh Government Ministers to attend only 2 of the group games and a decision was made that the US and England games presented the most significant promotional and business opportunities for Wales.
