Will the Minister provide a date for when legislation introducing a deposit-return scheme to Wales will be laid in the Welsh Parliament?

The next stage in implementing a Deposit Return Scheme is the joint publication of the final scheme design following the consultation carried out last year. This has been delayed due to the changes within the UK Government, but is currently being finalised and will contain a high-level implementation plan, including the date for the laying of the regulations.
