Will the Minister outline how many bids the Welsh Government received to purchase plot C1, Llantarnam Park, Cwmbran, NP44 3DE and whether the bidder who offered the highest price was successful in the purchase?

Two bids for the property were received and assessed on the basis a range of factors such as funding availability, potential impact on employment and the local economy and price.

Ministers were not bound to accept the highest bid, but the bid recommended for acceptance in this case also represented the highest price offered.
