Will the Minister provide an update on the progress of the intrusive surveys carried out on properties with a fire-safety risk?

To date, 261 Expressions of Interest have been received all of which have received a digital survey. As a result of the digital survey work, 163 buildings have been identified that require further intrusive surveys.
The survey work is dependent on access to buildings being granted, and in some cases this permission has been delayed. Out of the 163 buildings, 105 have been completed to date. We anticipate the remainder will be completed early in the New Year, subject to access to buildings being granted.
