Will the Minister disclose the information currently held on changes to the level of unallocated funding reported at the time of the first supplementary budget earlier this year?

The current balance of unallocated DEL is published in the First Supplementary Budget 2022-23. Changes to unallocated DEL will be published in the Second Supplementary Budget and will be subject to approval by the Senedd in March.
