Question

Will the Minister provide a breakdown of how the £10 million allocated to market housing and other schemes in the 2022-23 budget was spent?

Answer

Answered by Minister for Climate Change

To date, the allocation this year is being used to cover the set-up costs for a national Empty Homes Grant scheme. I will be making a further announcement on this scheme in February.
