Will the Minister provide a breakdown of funding allocated to flood defences by local authority?

The full Flood and Coastal Erosion Risk Management Capital programme is published annually which separates the funding throughout Wales for Local Authorities and NRW. With the addition of £225k available per Local Authority for Revenue activities to support with maintenance of assets, awareness raising and research.
