What assessment has the Minister made of the impact closing Cardiff East park and ride will have on traffic and congestion in the area, especially at peak times?

The operation and maintenance of Cardiff East park and ride is a matter for Cardiff Council. My officials will contact officers at Cardiff Council to discuss what engagement with bus operators was undertaken as part of their decision to cease support for services to the City Centre and what impact assessments were done.
