Will the Minister make a statement on Kajima being commissioned to deliver the new Velindre Cancer Centre in view of the ongoing dispute between the company and Children's Ark Partnership Ltd?

This is a procurement exercise, run through the Mutual Investment Model (MIM), but wholly conducted by Velindre University NHS Trust, therefore it would be inappropriate for me to comment.
