What progress has the Welsh Government made on updating the Animal Welfare (Breeding of Dogs) (Wales) Regulations 2014, as committed to in its Animal Welfare Plan for Wales 2021-26?

Revisions to our Statutory Guidance for the Animal Welfare (Breeding of Dogs) (Wales) Regulations 2014 have been published. The introduction of new animal welfare regulations will be prioritised over the revision of existing regulations during the term of the Plan.
