Question
Will the Minister outline what measures are being considered to curb speeding along the A470 in Dolwyddelan?
Answer
Answered by Deputy Minister for Climate Change
We routinely monitor speed data on the trunk road network to inform the need for engineering measures to improve compliance with the speed limit and improve road safety. This data is shared with Go Safe who are responsible for enforcement. Following the change of default speed limit in residential areas to 20mph in September this year, we will monitor the speeds at this location to inform appropriate action.
