How much to date has been paid in compensation due to errors made during the construction of the A465 Heads of the Valleys dualling?

The Welsh Government does not bear the cost of construction defects in its contract for Sections 5 and 6 of the A465. Such matters have to be dealt with by the contractor, at the contractor’s cost.
