What advice and guidance has the Minister received about the potential re-opening of Caerleon railway station?

Further to consideration of a station at Caerleon by the Lord Burns Commission, the case for it is currently being considered through the Transport for Wales Cardiff Capital Region Programme ‘Metro Enhancement Framework’ Corridor Study.
