Question
How often does the Welsh Government review regulations affecting small and medium enterprises to consider whether any can be removed?
Answer
Answered by Minister for Economy
Regulations associated with employment and business operation are largely reserved and the responsibility of UK Government. The Welsh Government works closely with the UK Government when decisions to review regulations are being made, feeding in stakeholders views were appropriate, to ensure any proposed changes reflect the Welsh context and do not diminish the good standards and protections that are in place.
