Will the Minister confirm how many new fosterers have been registered with each local authority over the last five years, giving a breakdown of each year?

Welsh Government does not hold data on the number of new foster carers registered with local authorities. However, Foster Wales has provided the table below which shows the number of new foster carers approved by all local authorities in Wales combined, over the last five years.
