Question

Have any field trials by the Animal and Plant Health Agency been undertaken in Wales in relation to the CattleBCG vaccine and, if so, will any second phase field trials be undertaken?

Unfortunately, no farms in Wales have taken part in Phase 1 of the cattle vaccine trials.

We publicised this in Wales but were not successful in recruiting any Welsh farms. To date, none have signed up for phase 2.
