When considering the request for clearance for the Welsh Government to purchase Gilestone Farm, was the corporate governance unit informed if Powys County Council had been approached for assistance in the purchase?

The Corporate Governance Unit saw and cleared the Ministerial Advice document regarding the purchase of Gilestone Farm which noted that Powys County Council did not have the available funds to purchase the site.
