Since purchasing Gilestone Farm, how many Welsh Government staff have visited and what meetings have been held by Welsh Government staff at the property, specifying who attended these meetings and the dates in question?

Five Welsh Government staff have attended the site since its acquisition.

• 24 August 2022 –Deputy Director Creative Wales, Head of Asset Management for the Economy, Treasury and Constitution Group, and an official from Business Solutions

• 27 September 2022 –Deputy Director Creative Wales and an official from Business Solutions

• 6 October 2022 –Deputy Director Creative Wales and an official from Business Solutions

• 10 October 2022 –Deputy Director Creative Wales, an official from Business Solutions and Director of Housing and Regeneration

• 13 December 2022 –Deputy Director Creative Wales, an official from Business Solutions and an official from Creative Wales

• 23 January 2023 – an official from Business Solutions
