Question
Will the Minister confirm how many affordable houses have been put on hold as a result of stricter targets for phosphate levels?
Answer
Answered by Minister for Climate Change
Information about the number of housing developments and affordable houses affected by phosphates was provided for the First Minister’s SAC Rivers Summit in July 2022.
Evidence was provided by key stakeholders, including Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) through the sector representative Community Housing Cymru (CHC), Local Authorities through the Welsh Local Government Association (WLGA), and by the Home Builders Federation Wales (HBF).
