What steps is the Minister taking to pilot the use of e-scooters as part of the carbon net zero solutions, particularly in rural communities?

Welsh Government liaised with the Department for Transport when the opportunity for e-scooter trials were first announced and raised awareness among local authorities in Wales. As yet no local authorities in Wales have expressed an intention to run trials.
