Is the Welsh Government on track to have 95 percent of passenger journeys in Wales be on brand new trains by 2024?

Transport for Wales is progressing well with our Programme for Government commitment to deliver £800m of new rolling stock for our railways and ensure that 95% of train journeys are on new trains by 2024. Brand new trains from CAF and Stadler are already operating services in North and South Wales.
