Will the Minister confirm how much Transport for Wales has spent on the free tea, coffee and hot chocolate being offered to passengers impacted by disruptions caused by the South Wales Metro?

We provide Transport for Wales with a budget to deliver their services. We do not get involved in day to day operations which includes determining what they do or do not spend providing refreshments to passengers in the event of disruption.
