Will the Minister confirm a) the number of renewable energy projects that required planning permission in 2022 and b) the number that were rejected by the Welsh Government?

In 2022 there were 49 planning applications submitted in Wales for renewable energy projects over 150kW to local planning authorities and the Welsh Ministers.
Applications for renewable energy projects above 10MW comprise “Developments of National Significance” (“DNS”) and are determined by the Welsh Ministers. The Welsh Ministers determined 4 DNS applications for renewable energy projects in 2022. 3 applications were granted planning permission and 1 application was refused.
