Will the Minister provide a breakdown for the number of higher level teaching assistants in Wales each year since 2019?

The School Workforce Annual Census (SWAC) details the total number of Higher Level Teaching Assistants in Wales:
Support staff (headcount) by local authority and staff category (gov.wales)
Please note not all listed as HLTAs would necessarily have achieved the HLTA status.
