Will the Minister confirm what percentage of adult residential care workers are registered with Social Care Wales?

Social Care Wales (SCW) has confirmed that, at the end of March, it has registered 73% (19,482) of the adult residential care home workforce and is working hard to process the remaining applications and ensure that these workers are registered.
