Question
Further to WQ87882, will the Minister clarify whether the Llandudno-Liverpool service is in addition to, or instead of, the current Llandudno-Manchester Airport/Piccadilly through service?
Answer
Answered by Deputy Minister for Climate Change
Transport for Wales plan to extend the current Llandudno to Manchester Airport service to operate from Bangor. This will increase services for North West Wales with a connection available at Llandudno Junction for passengers from Llandudno. Transport for Wales plan to make this change, alongside the introduction of the new Llandudno to Liverpool service.
