Will the Minister detail how many individuals have been prosecuted under the Children (Abolition of Defence of Reasonable Punishment) (Wales) Act 2020 since 21 March 2022?

The number of cases referred to the Crown Prosecution Service between 21 March 2022 and 30 September 2022 was fewer than five. It is not currently possible to publish figures for the breakdown of cases due to the potential risk of personal information being disclosed.
