Will the Minister provide an update on the development of a green finance group?

We continue to work with the Development Bank of Wales looking at funding innovative finance solutions for the owner-occupied sectors and further developing this to include a broader stakeholder involvement. This is one of the key themes included within the Decarbonisation Implementation Groups (DIG) task of producing a residential decarbonisation route map which it has commenced work on.
