Will the Minister arrange for the Ernst and Young report into Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board to be published?

The Ernst and Young report was commissioned by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. In view of the ownership of the report and the on-going disciplinary processes at the Board it is for them to decide on any publication of the report.
