Further to WQ88191, will the Minister outline the reasons as to why the Welsh Government will not publish the full consultation response to the LGBTQ+ action plan?

Welsh Government does not always publish individual responses to consultations. An example is the Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan, which received c.330 responses to its consultation in 2021. Those responses were not published individually, but a comprehensive summary has been provided: Race equality action plan: an anti-racist Wales | GOV.WALES

Compared to the draft Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan, the LGBTQ+ Action Plan received four times the number of consultation responses in 2021.
