Will the Minister outline the cost and reasoning for the purchase of land adjoining Slade Land in Haverfordwest?

The Welsh Government acquired land adjoining Slade Lane for £7.14m. It was purchased with the intention of it delivering circa 500 new homes of which up to 50% will be affordable. The development will be low carbon and centred around a sustainable, well planned community.
