What discussions has the Minister had with Conwy County Borough Council regarding the development of a signal -controlled scheme on the A470 for vehicles wanting to cross Pont Fawr, Llanrwst?

Welsh Government have not held recent discussions with Conwy County Borough Council on this issue but are happy to engage with the Local Authority to discuss any proposals they may have and their impacts on the Strategic Road Network.
