Further to WQ88016, what consideration is the Welsh Government giving to a) promoting and b) adopting the British Standard Institute's new guidance on menstruation, menstrual health and menopause in the workplace?

We are aware of the British Standard Institute’s (BSI) new guidance and officials have met with the BSI to discuss it. We will promote the guidance to social partners, stakeholders and others, using existing mechanisms such as the Workforce Partnership Council and Business Wales. We will also consider the BSI guidance in line with our periodic review of menopause guidance for the Welsh Government.
