Will the Minister outline the nature and objective of the nearly £3.2 million spending item for gypsy traveller sites in the BEL table of the Welsh Government's 2023-24 budget?

The £3.2 million identified in the BEL table is the Gypsy and Traveller Site Capital Grant which is a rolling programme with the purpose of refurbishing existing accommodation, constructing new pitches and improving the sustainability of sites for residents of Gypsy and Roma Traveller sites.
