Land held in the name of Welsh Ministers covers multiple departments and extends to many thousands of parcels including woodland, business sites, roads, and verges etc. Ownership is on public record through HM Land Registry. Total annual ownership figures are not held. There is however, 437.86 acres of land currently identified as suitable for housing.
