Question
What assessment has the Minister made of the reliability of services on the Wrexham to Bidston line?
Answer
Answered by Deputy Minister for Climate Change
I have been clear that reliability on the Wrexham to Bidston line has not been good enough. Transport for Wales have published a five-point improvement plan and assigned a dedicated route manager to lead that work. They have also committed to working closely with the local rail user group and elected representatives. I have asked Transport for Wales to provide regular updates so I can monitor if improvement is being delivered.
