What assessment has the Welsh Government made of how the NHS England long-term workforce plan will affect training and recruitment plans in Wales?

We are currently considering the content of the NHS England Workforce Plan and will be asking Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) to make an assessment of the impact the content of the Plan may have on education and training in Wales.
