Further to the response to WQ88543, what assumptions does Transport for Wales make as to the percentage of eligible passengers likely to apply for compensation to inform financial planning as to the budget required for the Delay Repay scheme?

Transport for Wales do not assume a percentage of eligible passengers likely to seek compensation. Cost estimates are based on the scheme’s cost in previous years adjusted for factors such as changes in performance or strike action.
