Question
When will the Welsh Government introduce the necessary regulations to implement the provisions of Section 19A of the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986, the changes to the suitability test for statutory succession and the abolition of the commercial unit test for statutory succession for tenant farmers in Wales?

We intend to progress these regulations quickly now the Bill has now been submitted for Royal Assent, and officials have been in touch with members of the Tenancy Working Group on the content.
