Question
Has the Welsh Government contributed any funding to the Big Sister Project?
Answer
Answered by Deputy Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism
My understanding is the Women in Sport’s Big Sister initiative was launched in May 2022 and ran for 10 months in eleven deprived areas across South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Norfolk. It has not been operational in Wales.
