Will the Minister provide a annual breakdown of how much money has been paid to Lynn Consultancy or any affiliate companies during the last 3 years, including this year to date?

The Welsh Government payments to the Lynn Group over the past 3 years are as follows:
· 2021-22: £60,000
· 2022-23: £493,429.64
· 2023-24 (to present): £185,164.32.
