Question

What action is the Welsh Government taking to ensure that Merthyr (South Wales) Ltd fulfils its commitment to restore the land at the Ffos-y-fran site?

Answered by Minister for Climate Change

Restoration is a matter for discussion between the Council and the operator in the first instance. I wish to see full restoration of the site in line with the planning permission.
