What consideration has the Minister given to introducing a ticket levy on large music events to ensure there is a sustainable pipeline of talent coming through grassroots venues for Welsh stadiums and festivals?

This is a commercial matter for individual venues, we are aware of conversation taking place across the UK in regard to this and will be discussing this with our partners through our music stakeholder groups.
