How does the Welsh Government intend to monitor the impact of the rollout of 20mph speed limits on neighbouring roads?

The impact of the 20mph default speed limit on neighbouring roads will not be evaluated as part of the monitoring programme post national implementation. The Monitoring Framework will be published on the Transport for Wales website by the end of September.
