What consideration has the Minister given to the appropriateness of 169 non-clinical Welsh NHS staff earning over £100,000 a year given the pressures on the NHS budget?

It is the responsibility of NHS Wales organisations to ensure they have the appropriate executive and senior staff structures in place to deliver their statutory obligations.
